I want to thank the tech who changed my oil today and upsold my girlfriend an air filter that I didn't need. There is a reason I have a K&N 33-5000 air filter in my car so I don't have to buy another one, just have to clean it. You as a tech definitely knew that but decided to take advantage of someone who did not. Now I have to shell out an extra $35 dollars for an air filter I did not need. Very disappointed in the service and will not be taking my car back to this location.
Came for just an oil change and did not ask for my air filter to be messed with. They took it out, threw it on my engine and got it dirty because immediately as I left the air filter replacement warning came on. Sleezy upsale scheme.
Professional service and polite technicians.

I asked for a top off of oil and they checked my tires and other fluids as well. The process only took minutes and they were all very professional.
