First off, this is the second time I have used this location to service my daughter’s 2013 VW Jetta SportWagen 2.5 liter. The reason I came back the second time is because I received such great service the first time. The team of service techs were all working diligently and efficiently, pardon the pun, like a well oiled machine. They did their job, but in a lazy way. I checked the receipt in full and it says all these tasks were checked. Nobody checked my tires, filled my washer fluid or reset my oil light. Oil spillage on my engine, left the cabin air filter wrapper and my glove box contents on the floor after it took 5 minutes to install and then one of the guys tried telling me I needed a new oil cap when I’ve had the same oil cap since I got the car and the gasket is still in place, as if I don’t care about my car, word for word.
