I normally do all my vehicles maintenance but I enjoyed my last visit so much, I will be having my vehicles serviced here from now on.
The exact same thing happened to Jason Fox happened to me at the Roseburg location. They told me a bolt broke while removing the plate and that they replaced it. The plate came loose while I was traveling on I5 at 65 mph. My husband got underneath it and found 4 clips and 4 bolts completely missing. They tried to secure the plate by putting a screw through the plastic. There is no way that 4 bolts and 4 clips out of 7 mysteriously vanished. I will be calling their customer care number on Monday.
"Instant" must be a very loosely used term. I've been sitting in this line for over 30 minutes to get my fluids checked...
Waited an hour and 20 minutes and watched 4 vehicles that arrived after me get service and leave. I was told they are not allowed to move cars around to help them in the order they arrive. I would have left but there was a car behind me and the driver wasn't in the car. Poor customer service!!!
Love everything about this place. From the smiling faces to the speedy work!!!
Excellent friendly service. Went to get our AC serviced on our S-10 and they had us in and out in less than an hour and that includes waiting for the part we needed to get delivered. Based on the first impression I would definitely recommend this shop.
