Just stopped in to get my tire pressure checked and you service guy was rude AF. You just lost a customer.
Will NOT be going back. I always take my car to Zimbrick where I purchased it to have my oil changed. They charge me $34.95 AND wash and vaccum it! I was having trouble finding tine to get to Zimbrick this time, so I had my husband (a very quiet non-confrontational guy) take it in for ONLY an oil change and I guess they saw him coming. By the time he left, they had changed filters that nobody told him the prices of and used the most expensive synthetic oil. Took car in for a simple oil change They stripped the oil pan. Put in a new oil plug and sent us on away. A $1000. Repair bill because of this. Do not go there.
