Got my oil changed which requires removing a plastic splash guard underneath my car. Driving down the interstate and it just flew off. If these guys can’t put a couple screws back in right I wonder how they’re competent enough to change the oil. Guy at computer was rude and no one was wearing their mask right. Will never go back.
Absolute worst experience today. The guy at the computer was incredibly rude. Was short tempered and I felt like he was annoyed for me to be there. I didn’t get a hello, please, or thank you while being there. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Sat in line nearly an hour with no cars in front of me other than the one already in the garage. after waiting that long another car cut in front. prices are ridiculous $74 for semi synthetic. May as well go to the car dealership.
RecommendedDalton, Alexander, & Nathaniel were SUPERB. I was dreading getting my oil change and decided to use Valvoline for the first time, before a trip this weekend. They had me in and out in about 10 minutes! Didn't even have to leave my car. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. They've gained a lifelong customer out of me. Thank you so much!
Valvoline has great customer service
Teach these guys what fluids should look like. My husband checked my tranny fluid the day after they checked it and it was low and fried to the point that it was blue. They could have told me it was low and not the correct color. Kinda pissed.
