The workers there are great. Went to Walmart and they told me I had to go to a dealership because my plug was stripped and the workers at valvoline got it off, replaced it and did all of the services I needed done in less then 20 minutes will definitely be going back.
I have been going here for years. They get you in and out and have always done great work for me!
I went there 2 days in a row to get an oil change and inspection. Both days turned away at the door because they are unable to complete the service.
Mike the store manager was a tremendous help after my brother came through his shop in an emergency. He was driving across the country moving his family from Illinois to Vermont. His jeep was over heating and causing him issues. Mike and the mechanics at the shop got him in right away with no hassle. Topped off all his fluids, pumped his tires full of air, and changed a few filters. They didn't charge him a dime to do this. This day and age it is tough to find honest and dependable people.
