Horrible customer service is an understatement. Took in a car to get an oil change with no problems (which was too expensive to begin with), after oil change was complete the car wouldn’t even start. Oil had been poured ALL over the engine and was then pushed by their crew off the property so that they weren’t held liable for damages or to have it towed & fixed. They said the could smell plastic burning afterwards which made no sense, only tried jumping it all of 5 seconds and then pushed it to an empty parking lot and washe... read more

RecommendedI go here all the time for my oil changes. Today my ac was flushed out and is now working. Hopefully it was all I needed. The staff kept me well informed as to what they were doing and apologized for the longer wait time. You all rock!!
reasonable price great service very fast.
I’m pretty annoyed. Just spent $104 and an hour and a half to get an oil change only. Then, after Cody tried to give me back $45 too much change, I realized I had forgotten to use my $10 reward discount and was told “sorry but it’s too late to use it”. For someone who frequently has both of my vehicles serviced there and purchase the most expensive oil, I would think using my coupon wouldn’t be “too much trouble”. I don’t plan on returning.
I was very pleased with the service I received. It was a little pricey but...I was never pushed into purchasing any of the services. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I appreciate that the staff didn't get too pushy about extra services, however, I was pretty disappointed that they were unwilling to put my spare tire back under my van for me. I know it isn't a usual service but it would have cost nothing, I spent over $150.00 there today and there was nobody behind me. Valvoline on Tate's Creek in Lexington did lots of little things like that for me and I was loyal to them for 12 years, I may do something different here in Richmond
