I been coming here for years, always first come first serve. Place was rather busy, tech came to car and said first come first serve and picked a lane. I picked a lane and a half hour later when I was next in lane, tech came and told me to move to another lane where I was third in line and let other cars go in the other lane I was in. To top it off he also made me go in a lane where they were doing tire rotations. The best part about this company is that when Vavoline damages your car the best manament can do is offer you a coupon book. Oh, and thats not even from anyone from managment, bc no one can get in touch with managment or give out any of their contact info. We really wish we looked at your reviews before using your service. ANYONE LOOKING TO USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS FIRST. TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE MANAMGNET.
Way over priced it's a different protocol each time. 1st time I went I was in line and the car next to me arrived about 10 min after me yet went in before me. Then my 2nd time I was the car that arrived later and I had to back out so the car who arrived before me in another lane could go ahead of me. I don't care which policy they want to follow but it needs to be consistent. Went to Scotty muffler instead now and it was 1/3rd the price and still done in under 30 mins.
I was there MAYBE 15 minutes. Everything was so easy and fast. Jonathon was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!
In and out in less than 30 minutes with all bays full when I arrived. The coloring book and crayons for my daughter was icing. Never felt pressured to buy services I didn't want.

First time going here today.. will be going back, great staff and reasonable rates for multiple services that I got today.
Went early Saturday morning. I agreed to have my filters replaced. Imagine my surprise to find the filter they were SUPPOSED to replace laying on my front seat. It was NOT crowded. So, in my opinion, no excuse. Made me wonder if they actually replaced the one under the hood. Sorry, but i don't think I'll go back.
Was told in June I needed a air filter. Just went yesterday 3 months later & was shown my filter & what it looked like against a new filter. Hmmmmmm don't your records show that a new one was purchase 3 months ago? I was told air filters don't need to be change till 30,000-40,000 miles, NOT 3,000. So NO I refused it. Then after I paid for my oil change the mechanic said oops there is a oil leak.....which the gentleman who was trying to sell me as air filter tells me this. I said, no oil on my driveway.
