RecommendedToday my car wouldn’t start. I knew that I had needed a new battery so I went and grabbed a battery all prepared to do it myself. Unfortunately I was not so successful due to a stubborn bolt. I called the shop and asked if I could bring it in there once I had it jumped. Even though I had not bought the battery there they let me bring it up and changed the battery out for me. I had my oil changed at the valvoline, the people they hired, spilled the oil in my engine block causing one of my ignition coils to malfunction, so I had to replace that, also got my oil changed after valvoline and the mechanic, showed me they never replaced my oil filter... date on filter shown was prior to valvoline.... he said never take your car to valvoline ... my rating 1 Star ⭐️ and two thumbs down 👎🏼👎🏼

Wow, all they do is talk to each other, not that friendly and lacking motivation!!! Been coming for a while and now I will go to our local man for all services. I will pay more for a smile and more friendlier experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees are rude, unprofessional and do not know what they're doing. The manager, Chris, hung up on me when I tried to report a problem. They overall are terrible with customer service and I will never be back! I plan to report Chris for how unprofessional he handled my issue as well.
This is a great service and I like this location over the New Castle, DE location.
We had a great experience. They were polite and efficient. They show and tell you everything that they are doing. Will definitely go back
