Assistant manager knew what he was doing but I believe the rest of the people that greets the customers when they come in the door needs just a little bit more training on social skills other than that they did a pretty decent job I've been there a couple times
You send coupons for a $24.99 oil change and when there you want to charge me $69.99. Real shady marketing tactics, be honest with the residents of Grove City.
Grove city place - Valvoline will not get another penny of my money that includes all their products and service, Just today a rude staff (fat guy with glasses) got us kicked out off line coz someone got first which we didnt know till they told us after almost an hour of waiting.
Man these men that work at stringtown road are amazing im definitly recommending it and that will be where i get my oil changed from here out. Thank you to everyone there for being kind and and making sure that i was taken care of
So I took my car here to get the battery changed, and once they got it changed, my car wouldn't start. I was pushed out of the bay (SO THEY CAN KEEP BUSINESS COMING IN)and had to call and get towed from their parking lot! So then had to tow car to dealership to have fixed. Now I'm fighting trying to get them to pay for the Body control module that had to be replaced. Bill is the manager and not once have I seen the man!
