Worst service ever. Total waste of my time. ..will not be returning
They do so much more then just an oil change. They told me I didn't need air filter replaced right now but i would need it soon and they refilled all my fluids (washer, transmission, coolant, etc.) and it was done pretty fast!
61$ for a oil change! Ill never go to valvoline again! Just saw NTB oil change 19.95...what a ripoff this place is. BEWARE PEOPLE. Find somewhere else for service. This place needs closed down!!!
consumer beware!!Will never go here again! Stripped my oil pan plug, saying there was a heli-coil thread that broke. Never produced the broken part and when I told them that I expected them to fix the pan, they told me all they would do was put a temp plug in until I could go get the pan replaced someplace else at MY EXPENSE! I have already contacted their corporate offices as well.
