My fiancée took her car here for an oil change a few months ago. We are having a fire fighter friend change her oil today and everything is stripped to hell making it near impossible to access it. That was the first and last time we will go to this location
Recommendedpulled right in, they changed my oil and checked the tire pressure and had me ready to go in about 15 minutes.
Do NOT go here if you care at all about your car. I found out after my oil change that they discarded the bolts for my skip plate and zip tied it back on. I returned to the N Oak location to have it fixed and after telling me about a former employee who stole all their zip ties, had me pull in the car and said they replaced all the bolts except one that didn't have anything left to thread to. After leaving, I discovered half of the zip ties still in place and the skip plate damaged badly. I'm frustrated about the poor workma... read more
Waited for one hour for an inspection and then the guy who did it took one hour to complete it . He was on the phone some time and taking forever to finish . When I got home I noticed he had left the gas cap open . Worst service ever
Be sure and watch these bozos when you have your oil changed there, make sure they put oil in the engine before they tell you to start the engine... They told me to start my engine in it and it didn't have any oil in it and it ran for like 5 or 10 seconds with no oil in the motor....
Horrible service. Crew unwilling to assist. We were told to return the following morning to get help, and were turned away again
