Went to get oil change and ended up having my car towed at my own expense. The Tech snapped the oil plug in half when he was trying to remove it, then manager says to me you cannot drive it, they cannot fix and I have to get it towed out of their shop at my expense. So a simple oil change ends up costing me hundreds. Thanks Valvoline you guys rock.
Great courteous fast service. They always have coupons which is always helpful.
Took my cadillac cts in for its first oil change on my watch. Oil filter cap broken taking it off ( apparently a common problem on this model). Employees went well out of their way to solve the problem. Ended up having to tow it to their Carx . Can't complain. Things happen. 5 stars if I didn't have to drive to West Chester to get it . Thanks again.
