I went to this Valvoline for an Oil change. The tech broke my oil cap. I lost about a quart of oil all over my engine compartment. I called to inform them but the local number transfers to their nationwide customer service. I have yet to get a response.
Friendly staff. Rotated my tires and changed the oil. Done in about 10 minutes. Thanks guys!👍🏻
The 3 man team had my oil changed and windshield wipers put on my windshield very quickly. They forgot to install them, but one of the guys quickly came outside of the building to install them in the rain. Very professional overall. Although it was considerably more expensive than I expected. My phone said the oil change would only be $19.99, but my bill was nearly $80 for an oil change and 2 windshield wipers.
Visited this station with a family member and was very impressed with the three -man team. I give applause to Corey, Adam and Jamar. These young men were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and thoroughly explained the recommended service(s). I am thier future customer!
