They suck!!!! They try to make you spend money on unnecessary repairs. I was told my car battery needed to be replaced when it was a new battery! 🤬
RecommendedOil change was quick. Guys were great. Didn’t push stuff I didn’t need. Didn’t have to drop off the car and wait all day for it to get finished or get a ride back to get it.
The tech that set me up is a good worker but the tech who did the job was sloppy he miss several times to tighten up the filter cap with the socket wrench, the new filter was missing the gasket so another one had to be opened up there’s just to much BS going on at times , I notice a lot of new faces sometimes I think twice about going to this shop. I’m changing my day of coming to this shop I’ll come and bring my cars during the week and not the weekend.
Information to all: Valvoline overfilled my motor. This caused a shut down of power when I drove.--OVER PRESSURE due to excessive oil. The Engine light came on, EPC warning light came on. I drove at 5 MPH back to the center, they drained the oil and refilled it. The power was restored, lights went out, etc. BUT, on the way home I smelled burning oil.
