went to get oil changed 1 guy said we do not have filter take 10 mins. to get it delivered I said ok ,,,couple of mins later another guy says we are not going to get 1 if you want one go get it and bring it back I have been having oil changed in my work trucks for years there cost around $145 normally needless to say I will never go back there
So they mess up my car my car was only supposed to take an 1hr and a half now I’ll be without a car for two days with two sick children and no way to get them to the doctor and no money to pay for a rental and valvoline won’t pay for the rental because I’m being inconvenienced because of negligence at their shop.
I was a first time customer on Christmas eve for an oil change and the man who helped me was very kind and curtious. Made sure I was in and out fairly quickly with no hassle. I wish I got his name because he definitely deserves the recognition.
I went for the first time on customer appreciation day. Wow the place was full. They worked as an organized team and the wait time was quick. Great stuff! Thanks to all who worked on my car and waited on me.
