had an absolutely horrible experience.. Worker broke my valve stem on my tire, in turn breaking the sensor.. tire emptied on the spot.. they at first tried to blame me saying the stem was old and broke.. I rebutted and insisted they where at fault.. they eventually accepted responsibility.. fine , i understand things happen. but. then they swapped and put the spare on and told me go have it fixed. I love the guys that work there!! They are a great group of guys who hustle to get you in and out FAST!! I'm "Ok" with the pricing on the oil changes because I realize that "Time is money" and to not waste 3hrs somewhere else is precious to me! That being said I'm UNhappy with the cost of your "Add On" services! I was quoted over $75 to change my cabin air filter and the engine air filter!!! I went to O'reilys and bought them for $22 for BOTH and they installed them for free!That is unacceptable in my book for you guys to ch... read more
