I have been waiting over an hour and still no one has been out to talk to me about wait times for inspection. The poor lady in a mini van is having to let her kids out and in the car to go on bathroom breaks. No one has anything to say to any of us. I will never be back.
Morons! If your car is worth more than $200.00 don't go there ! A simple oil change turns into stupidity.
Staff needs trained on oil reset lights. Been there 2 times and both times they had to youtube and try to figure it out for 10-15 minutes. Everyone was nice, it's just annoying. I get free maintenance at the dealer but decide to go here instead. I just remember to never go if I'm in a hurry!
