Don’t expect to get your car in for inspection first come first serve here. The guys think it’s okay to do oil changes for customers who just arrived, in the meantime, I’m sitting here waiting for over 45 minutes for service! I won’t be back here ever again. Don’t waste your time!!! Go elsewhere!
Really need to teach your workers the proper amount of torque for the oil drain plug. So tight I stripped it with a socket, stripped even more with vice grips and after missing a days work and buying a pipe wrench I finally got the plug out. By the way its 28-30 ft-lbs not the 50+ ft-lbs . NEVER again will I use your services !!!
Had a horrible experience. Initially went in for a oil change and vehicle inspection. The oil change alone took over 1 hour to accomplish. Then after waiting for a hour, I was informed finally that they were unable to provide a vehicle inspection due to their tablet not working. The worker apologized and told me normally a oil change would only take approximately 25 min. Never told me why it took over a hour just for the oil. I will never return here and will advise co workers not to use this place.
