June 26 2017 I took my vehicle to get an oil change they used a hood boot that had a broken end and when they went to shut my hood they put a good size dent in my hood from underneath I'v contacted several times with the promise of a call back yet no call. I will be taking matters into my own hands and having a word with the complaint department sincerely a very disappointed customer!
They said that they cannot service a Fiat 500 Abarth because changing the oil will cause contamination of the air intake system and endanger the turbo. Utter folly. Edwardsville did the oil change and laughed about the stupidity of this location. Avoid this place, incompetent.
Shea was extremely nice and helpful with all of my needs. She explained everything as she went along and was doing a great job at training someone at the same time. I appreciate the fast, thorough & freindly service.
