I’m in a compromised group and needed a NO contact oil change. I bought the Groupon special and they scanned it through my window. They also can do apple or google pay. I popped my trunk and Will put the receipt in and I’m out! Will was the rockstar who made it happen. He couldn’t have been better. And, when I got home and told my wife, she said “ Will is the best”. I was surprised she knew him as well from when she went there. Look for Will and you will not be disappointed. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Wow terrible customer service. We waited for approx 15 min to have an oil change. We've had several changes here before with no problem BUT today the tech wanted a phone number for file, the person driving my vehicle said we didn't want to list one. They already have my address and we rarely give out our number. Mind You, all previous oil changes we've never had one listed and never has it been an issue. The tech refused to service our vehicle without a number listed and said he couldn't service if we didn't list one. And th... read more

This was what a Valvoline experience should be. It was quick, thorough, not a lot of upsell, in and out in under 30min. I had a poor experience last week at another location. Thumbs up to this one. TY
