Not bad at all. I've been there twice. They do a pretty thorough job. You can get a cheaper oil change, but it's very convenient if there's no line! They check all of your lights, fluids, and air filter. The first time I was there, they left handprints on my fender. I said something the second time, and they avoided leaving prints, and wiped it off just to be sure. Very professional and friendly. WAY better than that place that changes your oil in a "Jiffy"! I recommend them.
Excellent place for preventive maintenance! Honest,friendly mechanics that go the extra mile. ..even my personal mechanic that does the heavier work compliments them!
I'm surprised that the serpentine belt that Valvoline installed needs to be replaced for the 2nd time in a year. They said that the serpentine belt needs to be replaced every 10,000-12,000 Miles which I'm near but what I did was contact my local Honda Dealership and they said that Serpentine Belts are built to last 60,000+ Miles. What I found from other reviews that Valvoline uses USED PARTS to do its servicing to make it sound like you need a belt every 4th Oil Change when you need it at least every 20th Oil Change.
