I got an oil change from these folks on Saturday, it’s now Monday and my receipt hasn’t showed up to my inbox (they were ‘unable’ to give me a paper receipt). I contacted them, and corporate states that they didn’t give me an oil change only an inspection. I paid cash and it took them about 10 minutes to make change. No idea what’s going on here but something feels pretty off.

Today I had an excellent experience at the Valvoline in Middle River! The crew was friendly, fast, and informative without being pushy about upgrades which I often see at other places. My entire service took about 20 minutes start to finish while I sat in my car getting some work done. James, my lead tech, was a bright spot in my day. I will definitely be back!
I was treated very professional by the attendant and he communicated every step he was doing. He also advised me of a broken back right light on Driver side that needed replacing, either by them or elsewhere. I’m very satisfied with their service.
RecommendedVery detailed to my vehicles need. Very knowledgeable. Only downfall is that there are only three Bays for oil change and I had to wait an hour.
My car is a brand new model for 2019 and they hadn’t worked on one yet so they did all the necessary research to make sure they got everything perfect! They entered all of the found information into the system so they’d be prepared for my next visit! These employees are always great. I could have purchased a significantly cheaper Groupon for a different location but I chose to come to this location. I refuse to go anywhere else!

Went there for a quick oil change during my lunch break I was there 1 1/2 hours for an oil change they were busy talking to each other or standing around needless to say I was late getting back from lunch and had to use some vacation time. When they say 15 minute oil change it’s a lie don’t believe it this was my 2nd time there and each time took between an hour to an hour and a half 👎🏻
