Totally scammed my 18 year old daughter. She tried to do the right thing and maintenance her car and you guys scam her for $110 for an oil change and filter. BS. Never ever again. Shame on you.
Disrespectful. I waited in line like I was told to because the are a first come first serve basis. They let 2 people behind me go and get service. That's wrong. I left after they let the second person move ahead and get work. I give you a zero.
Staff and manager are great. Didn't try to up sell me.
I always get my oil changed at Coon rapids Valvoline because the kids and I don't even have to get out of the vehicle and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm never pressured into doing more than I need but am always notified when something needs replacing. I will recommend this business to anyone looking for their vehicle needs. Also, a big shout out to the manager working this evening, who dealt with my 3 year old daughters never ending questions and loud ramblings. What a champ!
