Waited 50 minutes to get an oil change, not one employee came up to me to let me know an ETA then to get pushed back because of an oil truck needing to get in. Still not one employee talked to me while I waited and the oil trucker driver was the only one to talk to me and even he said a couple minutes and that turned into 20 minutes.. ended up backing up and leaving. Never got my oil changed and never talked to an employee.
The guys at the Chanhassen MN location were awesome when my starter ceased working. They took extra effort to try to get it working. When it wouldn't start they pushed my vehicle to Browns next door where I could get it fixed. Thanks Chan crew you did above and beyond expectations 👍

Employees audibly made fun of my car while I waited. If I'm paying 60 dollars for an oil change you could try making small talk with your customers instead of making jokes about your customers' cars. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
