RecommendedI want to give a shout out to the staff working this morning! They were all incredibly friendly even though it was 80 and humid at 9 in the AM and they were wearing masks. I was so thankful for their joy this morning and thank you Valvoline for having your employees where mask to protect themselves and costumers.
service the people who arrive first, never again!
i just had my oil changed this morning and wanted to send a shout-out to your technician alex! he was awesome! besides giving me some good advice about certain car issues i'm having...he was extremely helpful in finding me a discount to save me some money on my visit today! i really appreciated his sensational customer service and wanted to thank him again! :)
15 minutes for oil change! Great customer service and car tips for the road!
Quick friendly service. Always trying to upsell but that's part of the business.
I have come to the Bloomington location most of the time, but today it was so nice out, there were 6 cars ahead of me. Although I ended up going to the Uptown location today, the Bloomington location has a great staff. They're always smiling, fast yet proficient, and very professional and knowledgeable. I'll continue coming here.
