I've shown up ready to purchase services from you after calling beforehand to confirm you were able to do it, then got turned away when I showed up once before. I just called tonight to see if I could still get an oil change, told yes if I made it down there right away. I hung up the phone in my first floor apartment two doors down from the stairs, promptly got in my car and drove across the street to your business.
