Been going here for a while and it seems the service just goes more and more downhill as the years go by. I call Valvoline (by the way I searched this on you guys website and it tells me there is a decent amount of Valvoline shops around that can change a serpentine belt ) and I explain my issue to the person on the phone that the shop that not only is your website telling me now you are telling me that the are able to do it. Drove into the Malden, Ma Broadway Valvoline. Usually welcomed by women who are knowlegale and friendly. Today was a new crew. I drove in and they directed me to go back and forth inches several times by the third time the man in a bay next to me started piling on. Not acceptable! I drove out. Total machismo mean man very degrading. Never again.
