This was my first time at a Valvoline location. I needed an oil change and planned to try to get it done on my lunch break but was unsure if I’d have enough time. They lived up to their fifteen-minute oil change and inspection promise and I made it back to work with plenty of time to spare. Today was my first time at Valvoline and this location. The service was great, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Steve, Keith and Will for great customer service I will be a returning customer and will recommend this location to my friends and family.

I got an oil change last night and the staff was extremely friendly!! The guy putting my info into the computer introduced himself and introduced me to the manager as well. He then walked me through everything and Oh I used a Groupon for synthetic and it worked just fine! Great job to your staff and keel up the great work!
I liked this dealer in Mt.Ephram but this is the 9th time they have run a Groupon and only the regular oil change is,sold out 9 times.It is impossible to be sold out on first day of Groupon release and this is starting to look like bait and switch especially when all the other Valveline dealers have the regular service avaiiavaiible.If The Mt.Ephram Valveline is not going to have enough supply to satisfy customers them they should not use Groupon I want to keep using Valveline but when they do stuff like this it's not good c... read more
