I normally visit another location but sent my husband today to this location with a coupon. They refused to honor it because they wanted to see the whole book entire book!?! If you are paying to advertise somewhere your employees should know what coupons are valid. We will go back to our other normal Valvoline location for future service even though this one is closer. Below is the photo from the book that clearly lists your address, so maybe it’s a shady hook to get people in and refuse to accept the coupon?

Because I went to your place on May 3rd and was asked to put on my mask while I was sitting in my car in which I complied without question only to look to my right and notice that another costumer that was being serviced didn’t have to put on a mask they were not six feet from the worker!!!! So I asked your worker what is the policy on masks because the only difference I noticed between me and your other customer was I was African American and he was Caucasian !!!! Always very nice guys and helped me out with my cabin air filter!! Also the work is done fast which is great!
I highly recommend Valvoline in Mt Ephraim. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful. I’ve never had to take my car for an oil change before, this was my first experience. They never made me feel dumb when I asked questions. I will definitely be an ongoing customer.

Incompetent staff caused damages to my car and denied responsibility. I had to pay over $265.00 out of pocket for repairs necessitated by my visit to this location. STAY AWAY!!!!!
