First of all, it is extremely difficult to find where to leave a review on their website! You only see the cherry-picked reviews on their site. My 18 year old daughter went into the Santa Ana store for only an oil change. They upsold her to transmission fluid change and air filter. Both were done recently and they totally took advantage of her! Horrible! They also sold her the most expensive oil. $234.01 and she went in for an OIL CHANGE! great service � I had a headlight out and they were able to fix it while the oil was being changed and for super cheap! Professional staff and very fast. Will be back for sure.
It was really easy the guys were great friends in the great price they knew what they were doing I highly recommend it to anyone who lives in the Santa Ana area
My husband and I came in for an oil change and the service was above and beyond what we anticipated. The technicians, especially Martin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even was able to turn off that annoying service reminder we can never remember how to turn off. Again, thank you guys so much!
