5/17/2018 9:00am best service I have had there in 3 yrs. quick efficient nice. Luis, Sonia and Ty thank you for amazing service, I have been debating the last couple times on going back, I even said to a friend before heading there “this might be my last time going” I have not been pleased with the service. I was so pleased n smitten with the service I made sure to get all 3 of their names so I could commend them on keeping a customer who was on the fence! Hope I see them when I return for my next oil change.
The best! In and out under 15 minutes and service was great! NTB has great coupons sometimes but all they do is try to up charge you and it takes an hour.
First time customer. Was completely happy with service and techs. Went over everything and no pressure to get more service just detailed information. Found out my air filter screw was stripped and corroded. Must have been for a long time. No more Walmart oil changes. Thanks!!
Went to get a battery replacement and ended up getting charged $40 more than I should. They did not have the battery in stock but were able to have a local guy drive one over. Manager looked like he did some shady cash transaction with the local guy. Battery was rung up as $129, but somehow got charged $169 plus tax even though I have the smallest possible battery for a car. Receipt did not even show what battery I got specifically. Lesson learned.
My husband and I have been going here for almost 10 years. Through different owners & managers we have never had a negative experience at all! They are always so friendly and efficient AND FAST! They are also huge supporters of the community! In this day & age it is hard to find a company like this that takes time for their customers! Thank You!
I love the drive thru concept. The employees were very friendly and professional! They told me the services due on my car without feeling pressure to purchase. They gave me a sheet with all they covered for my future visits. They checked everything . The price is reasonable for the services provided and the convenience of not making an appointment.
I went to the Valvoline in channahon less than a week ago. First off I would like to say that this Valvoline is poorly ran by the owners, no teamwork and nothing but messing around within the employees. Second I went in for an oil change the other day and the price was fine becuase I was expecting quality service but right off the bat the new manager there was such a creep he kept talking to me and looking at me up and down and trying to flirt with me and I did not like that at all! I was actually a little scared.
Been going here since they open in and out great bunch of ladies and guys here worth every penny and synthedic is more but you go twice the miles so would be 2 oil changes alwayd kind always considerate always thanks ladies and gents was just there again last night awesome as always
Totally ripped off and took advantage of my daughter. $60 for an oil change!!! Come on. I pay $19.95 for regular oil at a fullers in countryside. I change my oil regularly so synthetic is not needed. I called and complained. No mention of a coupon for my next change nothing. Buyer beware. Don't send someone in that isn't familiar. Total rip off !!!!!
