You took advantage of my 17 year old today. You told her that $60 synthetic oil was her cheapest option. You convinced her by offering a $7 coupon and being "really nice," to quote her. Although you issued a $25 refund when my husband came down to ask you about it, that never should have happened, and I believe this dishonesty is your business practice. You will never see our money again.
Great experiences with them. If more people were familiar with their vehicles in sure the unnecessary charges and fixes would not be a problem. Friendly staff, knowledge and informative. If all you want is an oil change, simply tell them oil change only. Problem solved no excess charge.
They began working on my vehicle before we agreed on a price then tried to make me pay for it. I had to call customer service while I was sitting there to agree to a refund.
My girlfriend went in for an oil change a couple of nights ago. $330. She got talked into services she did not need. Transmission fluid ($150) that had just been done 5 weeks prior by her father, but she didn't know about it. Rear differential fluid ($80), again, not needed, not sure why that was suggested at all. Couple of other things that weren't really needed such as an in-cabin air filter and oil that was $60 instead of standard oil.
