My customer got his oil changed here he is a 68 year old man with limited income the next day he calls and says his he is broke down we get there and his truck is way overfull and locked up solid. We call in the claim they said it’s not there problem car had high mileage. DO NOT GO HERE

I have used this location for years and no issues. We did have our first issue a little over a week ago. THESE PEOPLE STOOD UP and resolved the issue! (no expense to me) Thank you Christian, John, Tony, Kyle and Drew. I recommend this Valvoline at 600 Highway 76 to everyone. Don't see anyway to give star rating on this but they should have 5 stars for the way they handle my issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I took my car to O'Reilly's today to get my battery checked and replaced if it was bad. It was bad, but they said they were not allowed to change it out because of the Toyota housing, and suggested I take it to Valvoline, which I did. All the techs there were very friendly and had my battery replaced in just a few minutes. I would highly reccomend Valvoline to my friends and family. Yall rock!! They refused to service my vehicle - saying that I had been rude in the past. They never once considered that my 'rudeness' may have actually been a reflection of their poor way of doing business. Not servicing my vehicle does not hurt me because there are plenty of other places to go. I chose to give them my business (and my money) & they didn't want it.
Very fast, no aggressive selling, very clean restroom. All the attendants were helpful and attentive.
I've used the Whitehouse location for several years and grew to thrust them. evidently that trust was misplaced. This location is the only service facility that has ever serviced the differentials in my FJ Cruiser. The last time it was done I drove home only to find differential oil leaking badly from the front.I took it back and was told it was overfilled because they couldn't get the drain plug out and had to fill it through the vent.
