This is what I sent to Customer Service on Monday and have still not gotten a response: On August 18, 2016 at 3:44pm I pulled into my local Vavoline store in Springfield, TN for my usual oil change. I've had my oil changed there since I've owned my car. This time will be my last. I was told I had "no" oil in my car and that they noted several leaks of oil and transmission fluid.
