Tried to get my tire checked. Was told they were closed for 30 mins for lunch, I waited 45. Spent less than 1 min for the "visual tire" check, my tire was never removed from my vehicle. They did not see a nail/puncture, so could not help me! Another time I was told my drain plug was stripped, and they could not get it off. I went back to Sutton's, they had no problem. After 2 yrs + of using this location, I will never go back!
Awful!!! Came in to get my oil changed and left with a hole in my tire that left me stranded half a mile down the road. Called to let them know and the gentleman "Chris" I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful. Denied that there was even a possibility that the hole that left me stranded could have happened in their shop. Said "this is what is called a coincidence have a nice day" and hung up in me :( so disappointed in the way they handled the situation at this location.
