went to get a simple oil change, they broke the spring latch on my hood and told me I need to go pay a mechanic to fix it and to bring them a receipt. now I have a bungee cord holding my hood down till I can find the time and money to pay a REAL MECHANIC to fix it.

I always have a great experience when I go. Never forced to make a purchase of items not needed. They have always been helpful for honest.
I go here infrequently because it is really out of the way except for a specific reason but every time I have come here the experience has been good. It is different in that they want you to remain in the vehicle. It is a quick service with people attending to all the things that need to be looked at. They don't vacuum the interior or clean the windows and it is a bit more than the competition. But over all a good experience.
