I went in yesterday to get my air condition serviced. I didn't know when I would have the time to get this service done. Someone told me about them and I went after work. No appointment was necessary. I didn't even have to get out of my car. They were friendly, quick, and professional (especially Mr. Charles Thompson). Air fixed just in time for the heat. I would definitely recommend them and I'll definitely be back.
I enjoyed positive service at Bowie Valvoline. I was able to use coupon. The manager Chuck reviewed all the services available and explained which services would be beneficial at this time. I had a question about my side rear mirror and Chuck was able to answer all questions appropriately. Great service deserves positive feedback. I will be back.
Hey just lost a customer! Went in to get synthetic oil change $95 wouldn't help out with coupon I always get and they were RUDE! They had a staff stealing now I get it all!! Smh
Took forever to get an oil change. Watched as numerous employees just stood around and talked. We came to this location on a whim and will not be back.
