Great staff Professional and clean atmosphere.
They don't carry the appropriate oil for my vehicle any longer. they attempted to use a extremely expensive alternative instead. The oil change staff are excellent, very apologetic about the problem with the oil. this is a corporate decision.
The management is terrible. There is always a bad line. Then they pick who they want to bring in first. I had a much better experience going up to Jiffy Lube in Crofton
Don't recommend. Staff friendly but went for oil change and they dripped oil on belt and tensioner. This caused belt to slip off when pulling out of service bay. Staff kept saying oil did not cause belt to come off. SMH Really. Should have know something was up when topside guy said he could not find dipstick. Obviously inexperienced because that model BMW has an electronic dipstick. Ugh!
The crew is extremely approachable and family oriented. I always enjoy getting my oil change and receiving top notch quality service. They treat my car and myself like a true human being.
1st of all their is a female manager! I love it. Woman can work on cars too! Well she worked on mine. Stellar service. Always up front and 100%. Hard for a woman with a truck.
