As I was driving out I noticed the service time was 29:54. If you are going to charge more, I expect it to take 15 minutes at the most. The techs seemed more interested in useless banter among themselves , then actually working. Zero sense of urgency. Because there are several other VIOC shops in the area, I can always try another.
RecommendedMy first experience here and I'm very pleased. It was 16 minutes in and out, and I got to stay in my car for it all. They pointed out potential issues but didn't pressure me to get them done right away. For the price I paid for the service, I am very satisfied.

Most of the time I go and no one talks to me or helps me understand what they do. I talked to Zach on the phone and he was great and very helpful. Himself along with Denis and Aaron all helped me out and did a great job. I will most definitely be back with all my cars in the family!
Came here without an appointment for what we thought was a broken serpentine belt. After a quick diagnosis, Dan, determined that there was something else causing the belt to break. It isn't a repair they traditionally do, but Dan said he was confident he could do it and it would only take a few minutes! He was so kind and it was so nice not feeling like we were getting taken advantage of. I am so grateful for the service we received and could not be more impressed with your employee Dan!
I was really upset that they was not open at 8am like it say and that I had to wait for 1hr but with all the waiting I had to do they gave me a free oil change and they Guy's there was really nice
The guys were having fun doing there job, I enjoy seeing that. Just thought the service was really slow. I got in line (one car in front of my, already being serviced) and it took an hour to get me through. For a speedy simple oil change, that is way too much time to be spending waiting in line.
They let me use the coupon code without having it printed from my phone. Had brought a bulb for a fog light, and wasn't changed to have it replaced. They had a problem with the plug, but got it taken care of and me back on the road. These gentlemen did a great job and that is why I keep going back.
