Went and had an oil change done, they put in a temporary fix without explaining to me exactly what it was. Went to change my oil and saw they used the wrong size oil filter, will not be returning.

I came in for an oil change the night before leaving on a road trip to Michigan. I could tell one of the techs was having trouble with something, but I was paying more attention to my 5 year old getting antsy in the back seat of our truck. After about 30 minutes he lets me know there is a problem with a part I believe it was the oil filter (looks like a can, has grooves around the top where it screws into another piece). Highly recommend this trustworthy service location! Professional and courteous technicians who keep you informed throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable, no pushy up sells. Had an issue with my a/c - they checked it out and found no leaks and good pressure so went ahead and charged it for me. Once that was done, the a/c was still not blowing cold - so they did not charge me for the service. What?!?!? Who does that? Been going here for years - I tell everyone to take their vehicles here.
Extremely rude service. I now need to take my car elsewhere to have it checked as it is not acting properly.
