Went there tonight for what I thought was oil leaking. Mike and his co workers found some debris that had some residual oil that was leaking under my car in the motor compartment. No leak after all and they even gave me a free $12 car wash. I go there every time for my oil change and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
I went here for an oil change, and they caused quite a bit of damage to my car. A part was taken out of my oil filter and never put back in. The next time I went to drive my car oil was leaking and the check engine light came on. It was a costly repair for me to deal with. I had an attorney contact them for reimbursement and received zero response back. They have not taken any responsibility despite having a letter from the dealership who repaired my car. After using a Groupon for an oil change (hoped to save myself a few dollars) I noticed oil all over my driveway. Took my car back in to find out they had stripped the oil pan. They installed an “oversized self-threading” drain plug (exact wording on my invoice) which put stress on the oil pan causing it to crack. Upon calling valvoline, I was informed (by the supposed manager) that too much time had passed and it was not their problem. I use them for my company vehicle and they do a good job. Oil changes are a bit pricey and they up sell on services. Best bet is to keep a record of services done, as this will save you $$$.
Bought a groupon, attendant told us we couldn't use it.
We use them for our fleet vehicles for work. The guys there are always kind and courteous. They have been doing a great job so far with any of the vehicles i have taken in there.
Stopped to get an oil change for my grandma's car today. Toney and Dakota were awesome!!! Amazing customer service.
