I’ve been to quite a few Valvoline’s, and the service has always been ok but when I go to the one in Grand Ledge I always get amazing service. I’m never pushed into a purchase that I don’t want to make, or even talked to about something I don’t truly need for my car. The staff at the GL Valvoline are the absolute best.

Very friendly staff! Was there with a crying infant, they were very patient and efficient. In addition they threw in a car wash, to which the baby fell asleep two seconds in! One happy mama. Thanks guys!
