I just want to give a shout-out to Jacob, Isaac, and Mike for going above and beyond what I expected when I got my oil changed! The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be a loyal customer. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Recommendedgreat service- free wifi!
RecommendedI’ve been to quite a few Valvoline’s, and the service has always been ok but when I go to the one in Grand Ledge I always get amazing service. I’m never pushed into a purchase that I don’t want to make, or even talked to about something I don’t truly need for my car. The staff at the GL Valvoline are the absolute best.
Had a great experience. Super helpful and very fast. Awesome job by all.
Very friendly staff! Was there with a crying infant, they were very patient and efficient. In addition they threw in a car wash, to which the baby fell asleep two seconds in! One happy mama. Thanks guys!
