Over the years, I have gone to other oil change providers in the Brunswick/Medina area. Brunswick Valvoline is top notch with customer service!! I was there just this morning and I thought I need to commend them! The staff is always friendly and professional and I love that they offer many car maintenance services so I can be in and out quickly. I was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad she did!! John is the rudest most condescending jerk I've come across in a long time, for sure should not be working with the public, valvoline company he is doing injustice for your company and you really should reevaluate who you hire! ALEX ON THE OTHER HAND WAS VERY KIND AND POLITE you should hire more employees like him!!!!!! Honestly with poor service and high prices I can guarantee we will never use you again
Manager seemed knowledgeable Did want to change my battery
Did not know how to reset my change oil light and never gave me an oil change sticker . last year in my company car they used watered down washer fluid and the holding tank and lines froze had to thaw it out and empty it out.
