Terrible customer service communication. the manger Taylor is never there to handle business that a manager should. they did something wrong with flushing my coolant out after spend $200!!! on services now i need to replace my water pump. another $100 to spend and all they want to refund me is my coolant flush which was $110. yes thank you. but your communication with customers is terrible.
