The workers there always make me smile. They really seem to enjoy what they do and they are good at it
During a routine oil change I was told I needed a new battery right away, as in today. I didn’t believe them at all, went to get it checked out and as suspected, my battery was good - 100%. The manager was present and didn’t stop the other employees fraudulent suggestions. I was the sixth person at autozone in just today checking on their battery after getting their oil changed at valvoline.
Last time I'll come here pretty bad when you can't watch them do your own work on your car. Sorry I don't trust people especially snobby people lucky my place in Ionia ain't open after 6

Manager - Sandra Bonge is phenomenal! The customer Service and the service of the entire team is always spectacular! They do a complete and thorough job each time. Always informing me of any maintenance services that are coming due to keep my vehicle up to date and in the safest and best operating condition. I would recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change on the East Beltine, they have our business!
