Ok I'm a pissed off former employee of Jason's cause he fired his whole crew because he got drunk and threatened to kill himself and the cops came and got him.Due too staffing issues was his excuse for the shop being shut down for a month this is not slander it is the truth. THEY DAMAGED MY CAR! I brought my car in for an oil change and they damaged my oil pan because they over-torqued the oil plug. They even documented the damage on the invoice, but when I filed a complaint and presented the evidence, Valvoline denied my claim. They didn’t even contact me to tell me they denied it. DO NOT GO HERE. They stripped my oil plug 2 times now and busted out a chunk of inside my pan. Came home and noticed a lot of oil leaking the next day. They weren't open when I noticed it. Had to get it fixed before Monday. Had a mechanic fix it. Rip off when they were the ones who caused it. Will never go there again, and no one else I know will either now. Very dishonorable company. I had my car's oil changed at Valvoline. My car died in the middle of the road a mile away. I took it to my mechanic who determined it was missing an integral piece related to the oil filter. This was replaced and the car has been fine since. This cost me $405. I've contacted the store manager Patrick who says that the car showed up without the piece. Very unorganized, a 15 minute oil change took 50 minutes. The technician walked like he didn't want to be there. The other technicians called him over to help them That made three working on a vehicle. He just left what he was doing to my car for 15 minutes to help them
My oil change and replacement of a marker light bulb took 55 minutes. I had agreed to have front and rear differential fluid replaced but then was told that my SUV was front wheel drive and only had one differential. My SUV is AWD and after I insisted on this they said the mechanic was looking right at it and it was FWD. I again insisted and then I was told that is was "a different kind" of AWD and only had one differential. I called their Mgr 2 times and left a message with no response. ERIC T obviously has no concerns about how clients are treated. Employees didn’t check to make sure they had the proper filters in stock before proceeding with my service. They had to go get an oil filter at another store since they had already drained my oil. Then I had them check my air filter. They tore the gaskets getting it out and had to leave again to go get another as I didn’t want the damaged one put back in. Worst place to get your oil changed. Tony is dishonest & a liar. Bad staff are careless & use poor quality items. Your car will break down.
Took my BMW for an oil change. Left and oil spilled all over the engine. Brought it back, they said the cap was no good, need a new one. Went to BMW Bridgewater, they said the cap was installed incorrectly by Valvoline, the cap is fine (that cost me $202.00), not including the oil change, cleaning of the engine and the lost oil that was north of $150. Valvoline refused to reimburse me for any of the charges, and would not even cap off the oil that was lost. Stay Away from this place, they are not experienced and can cost you... read more
