RecommendedI normally take my car to the dealership for it’s oil change/tire rotation. That process normally takes about 3 hours for them. Today I decided to visit this Valvoline location and in about an hour (there were cars ahead of mine) I was out of there. Most importantly, the employees were friendly and helpful during my entire visit. Will definitely return

I’ve been going to this place for oil changes and inspections for years. Never again. Took a Nissan Pathfinder in for its first inspection and they said “the power steering is a little low and that it’s a common problem with Nissan”. A little low caused my inspection not to pass. Took it down the street and it passed. Tech said that you guys must not know how to check fluids. This is the 2nd time this place jerked me around on inspection by being petty. Not if you have a diesel. Clueless techs.
Today is the worst for customer service. Or lack there of. Been sitting outside for 30 min for a stinking oil change. Usually get right in!! They aren't even real busy. May not be back.
