So dope! I’ve been to valvoline in other places and always hate the consistent experience of male employees speaking down on me and trying to get me to buy things I don’t need. Went into this location and saw two women working and felt super comfortable. The manager helped me to understand some things and made sure that I knew he wasn’t stereotyping me, and left me with some information and no pressure. Didn’t even recommend/push a new air filter. BUYER BEWARE if anything goes wrong with your car after your oil change! Today marks 5 weeks since my daughter's engine blew, two hours after leaving the Savage MN Valvoline location, because of a defective Valvoline-branded and installed oil filter. I have dealt with the store manager, the district manager, corporate customer service people and even written a letter to Valvoline CEO Sam Mitchell seeking a resolution. Went at 830 and got right in very nice young men!!!
I went there for an oil change and it was $70 with a $15 coupon! I will never be going back there for an oil change at the price !!!!
the guys that work there today are dumber then a box of rocks , they told me that my brake fluid was low and I went to pick up some ,come to find out that I didn't need it
I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgable the staff at the Savage Valvoline was. They work hard and work well together. This was my first time here - I'll be back.
