Three bad episodes with this place. Once had oil changed and about 10 miles down the road skid plate came loose and started dragging the ground where they forgot to reinstall the screws to hold it in place. Granted they sent someone to fix it on the side of the road. Well put the screws back. Skid plate remained scarred and cracked. Second had the technician tell me that for $150.00 they could flush my transmission on a Kia Forte. Not happy bought a Groupon to save $40 and they added a $20 charge for having the Groupon. Have always gone there for my oil changes but will not be back. They are not supposed to do that. The coupons are there to save you can not charge extra for coupons
Great, quick, effcient service..had oil change, tires rotated and a new internal filter (they old one was nasty). In and out in 20 min. Way cheaper than dealership. I will be back.
At least they'll offer you a free oil change next time you come in after they mess up your car. Too bad i wont be back along with anyone else I know. And if you're a lady, expect to be treated with a very kind level of disrespect. Thanks valvoline, you suck. Too bad I can't give you zero stars.
